On February 2nd 2024, your Union, the National Federation of Federal Employees (NFFE), VA Council of Consolidated Locals, filed a comprehensive Overtime Grievance against the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). The Union’s Grievance covered all those who were non-Title 38 bargaining unit employees (BUEs) at any point during the Grievance timeframe – from February 2nd 2022 up until resolution was reached in January 17th 2025.
